My Life Essentials magazine was born thanks to the desire of wanting to help others and to honor a very special person in my life. In 2017, my sister, Maria Belén, passed away from cancer. She was 23 years old. Her death has been one of the most challenging experiences I have been through and for a long time, I thought I wouldn't be able to move on with my life. One day, I remembered what she once told me, "If I would have known that I would get this sick, I would have taken advantage of every single day."
Ever since I have decided to live an intentional life to honor her memory. Before she passed, she started to write a book she did not get the chance to finish. Her goal was to be able to sell it in order to donate the money to help children and young adults who are diagnosed with cancer.
This is the reason why My Life Essentials magazine will donate 10% of every yearly subscription to cancer patients around the world.
We value our audience and we are thankful for the opportunity to bring you high-quality content to help you find meaning in every aspect of your life.
May the light within you guide your way on.
